Acceptable Use

• Use the store only for lawful purchases and enquiries.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, its APIs or the admin area.
• Do not submit false order or contact details, or use another person's payment method without permission.
• Do not scrape, copy or re-publish our content or images without permission.

• Keep foam and fabric products away from open flame, halogen lamps and hot appliances.
• Never cover heat vents, smoke detectors or electrical sockets with any product.
• Test adhesive on a small area first; assess hooks and load for hung items.
• Acoustic products absorb echo inside a room only — do not rely on them for soundproofing or safety-critical noise control.
• Installation should be carried out by an adult; if you rent, get your landlord's permission first.

The store must not be used by anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian's consent.
