Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Prices are in USD and shown before payment. Delivery estimates depend on your destination and are given at checkout and in your confirmation email.

• Free standard worldwide shipping on orders of $60 or more.
• Orders under $60: a flat $8 standard shipping fee.
• Hushroom Club members receive free worldwide shipping on every order.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Typical delivery: 3–7 business days domestically and 7–20 business days internationally, depending on destination and carrier.
• Larger items such as curtains, screens and rugs may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Blackout curtains, projector screens, roll-up stands and rugs are bulkier and may be sent in separate parcels or by a dedicated carrier. Bundles may arrive in more than one box; your tracking will reflect each parcel.

We deliver through established postal and courier carriers. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Carriers receive only the name and delivery address needed to deliver your parcel.

Cross-border orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. We cannot predict or refund these charges.

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email support@sonicpulseuks.shop with your order reference within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and put it right.

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by you, but we will always try to help recover them.
